Description
The UL633N is one of the most advanced automatic dual-grade laser levels in the Spectra range of laser levels for civil engineers.
The UL633N is an automatic self-levelling laser level in the horizontal plane, and self-plumbing in the vertical plane.
The horizontal (X and Y) axis have steep grade ranges of up to -25% to +25%.
The laser level may be laid on its side and the horizontal beam from the head may be set to a desired grade, for use in pipe or trench work.
In trench work, the radio linked SF01 Spot Finder can be placed at the required position at the far end of the trench, and the UL633N will automatically adjust the height and alignment of the laser beam to target the desired point.
A range of functions using either the radio linked HL760 receiver, or the SF601 Spot Finder provides easy and accurate 90° layout on site.
For horizontal applications, the UL633N has several unique features:
Dual Axis PlanLok For applications that require maximum stability and accuracy, precise elevations are
obtained by using PlaneLok in X or Y axis or even in both axis simultaneously. This feature eliminates drift
and errors caused by vibrations or temperature changes by locking and maintaining the laser reference
plane on two receivers placed at the desired elevations.
Grade Match Wireless communication between the HL760 Digital Receiver and the transmitter provide
automatic Grade Matching which allows measurement of unknown grade values between two points. This
is also possible with two HL760 receivers at the same time in both axis X and Y. This is particularly valuable
when matching a slope between existing elevations. Grade match can be accomplished without positioning
the two receivers 90° to each other.
Automatic Axis Alignment Automatic axes alignments can be accomplished where grade accuracy is
important. Receiver positioning does not have to be precisely 90° apart. Any position along the hub in a
range of +/-40° at the desired laser axis is ok. This allows contractors to easily perform dual axis alignments
for grade work applications such as sports fields, parking lots, tennis courts, driveways or any irregular
field with non-perpendicular grade profiles.
Advantages of the Spectra UL633N
One laser for horizontal dual-grade, vertical façade and 90 degree applications. Easy-to-use icon menus and controls.
Automatic electronic self-levelling ensures accuracy and provides fast, easy setups.
Large compensated grade range from -25% to +25% (not simultaneously on both axis).
Quick setups with the radio remote control for horizontal, vertical and grade applications
Temperature reference check every 9°F (5°C) or user driven by a menu option.
Dual Automatic Axis Alignment provides precise automatic axis alignments to a desired alignment point.
Grade Match measures and displays the existing grade over unknown ground and eliminates time consuming and error prone calculations.
PlaneLok automatically locks on to an existing elevation or vertical alignment point which eliminates all drift or possibility of error due to improper calibration or disturbance.
Very rugged; designed to survive a 1 m (3 ft) drop on concrete.
Mask mode sets the laser to only emit in the selected zone, preventing interference with other users on site.
Adjustable rotation speeds plus Scanning Mode increase the versatility of the laser allowing use in interior applications.
Spot Match measures and displays the existing grade over unknown ground.
“Fingerprint” function of the UL633N and the HL760 Receiver ensures the the receiver only accepts the laser beam from the UL633N laser level, and does not pick up from other laser levels on site.
