Description
The crack monitor comprises two overlapping sections, each section being fastened either side of a structural crack. The graduated scale will indicate relative movement of the substrate on either side of the crack.
The crack monitor should be glued or screwed to either side of the crack, and the initial scale reading recorded. Periodic checks are then made to monitor any crack movement over time.
